My own life path has involved challenges and growth, so I "walk the walk, not just talk the talk." Therapy can be hard, but with willingness to explore and change, amazing things can happen! I work with Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Self-Criticism, Trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, Addiction and Recovery, Codependency, Adult Child of Alcoholic, and Life Transitions/Adjustment Disorders. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies, enriching my skills in supporting clients. My approach My style is client-centered, eclectic, and flexible, using tools from various modalities based on what suits the client and their goals. I use interventions from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Strength-based, and Positive Psychology. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
