Psychotherapist
CA
As a Therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting women who feel overwhelmed by life’s transitions and emotional challenges. Whether you’re struggling with high-functioning depression and/or anxiety, postpartum depression, anxiety, adjusting to major life transitions, burnout, struggling with self-esteem, self-worth, need support in establishing healthy boundaries, or the lasting effects of childhood experiences and trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach I believe that everyone already carries the strength and wisdom that they need to heal—sometimes, we just need the space and support to reconnect with it. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up exactly as you are. From the very first session, my goal is to help you feel welcomed. I focus on helping individuals better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so they can create meaningful and lasting change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and integrate mindfulness, trauma-informed care, or draw from psychodynamic and relational approaches when helpful. Depending on your unique needs, we might focus on building coping skills, exploring root causes, or learning how to set healthy boundaries without guilt. Throughout our work, I offer encouragement and strengths-based feedback to help you recognize your progress, no matter how small. Whether you're navigating high-functioning anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, burnout, major life transitions, or the impact of past experiences, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief that healing and growth are possible. Ultimately, therapy with me is a partnership. We’ll identify your goals together, and I’ll support you in moving toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentically yours!
