Getting to know Zoë Ogulnick
Hi! I'm Zo?.
In my opinion, there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection. The connection built between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and growth. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I feel truly honored to be trusted with this responsibility and want nothing more than to create a safe space for my clients to share their stories.
I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2016 and recently completed my PhD in Humanistic Psychology at Saybrook University. My psychological research examined body comparison and the impact of one's first recollected experience of comparing their body to someone else's. I am deeply passionate about this work and enjoy working with clients to develop a stronger sense of self-worth and a healthier relationship with their body and body image. Additionally, I spent the better part of the last decade working in drug and alcohol treatment and continue to work with this population in private practice.
Whether you're tackling body image concerns, anxiety, substance abuse, or other relational issues, I would love to work with you on mastering yourself and living your most authentic life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My hope for my clients is that they're able to leave therapy with a stronger sense of self and the confidence to move through the world authentically and with the knowledge that they're capable of overcoming and prospering.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
