Really positive meeting and connection, both are so important when you trust someone with your mental health. He was a superb listener - I’ve been through a long mental health journey, and still struggling with some new challenges - my answers and histories take time and he was genuine and patient, but also felt like a solid partner with me in my mental health journey. I greatly recommend!

He listened to me without judgment- made me feel very comfortable and like he understood what was most important for me personally to focus on, I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about a video visit as this was my first.. but needless to say, I actually preferred it.
