More information could have been transferred from my Zoc Doc checkin rather than having to write it again but still very quick and light paperwork. Doctor Kim somehow made an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation/topic of concern comfortable. He was warm and kind but completely professional and he took the time to talk and listen to me first before performing any kind of exam. He also didn't immediately jump to an extreme conclusion or prescribe medication but rather gave his expert opinion and advised on natural treatment options. The office was also extremely clean, quick and efficient check-in process with an electronic pad (no annoying paperwork!) and I was seen right away.
