I’ve been suffering from skin condition for over ten years (only during summer time) and visiting over ten different dermatologist no one seem to tell me what is wrong with it. I didn’t have much coming to Dr Natalie but she was listening to my problem and approach it in away that no other doctor did. Arrived early and did paper work online. I was asked to do the paperwork again and I had to let them know to check online. Waiting room is nice. I arrived early, but had to wait about 30 mins to be called. I was seen by the nurse, then the PA, then the doctor. They were all nice and had a good bedside manner. My main issues were confirming they received my prescription from my PCP, and my pharmacy had issues getting in contact with them to switch medications. …read more

Dr. Shah did a quick exam of me, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like if I had questions she didn't try to rush me out, even though they were clearly running behind schedule. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to leave your credit card information for the front desk, but that seems to be the norm with a lot of doctors I've come across in NYC.
