The office is a big business, very complicated billing practices and not a very straightforward way to understand how you are being billed. The medical staff was kind, professional and answered all of my questions, but they are a very busy practice. Be prepared to wait but most testing is done on-site which is a plus.

He was very attentive, did not rush and took the time to ask detail questions. The only down side is the exam he recommended needs insurance approval. So I wasn’t able to get full work up and have to return for test when insurance approves. That was annoying.
