Was a little difficult to locate the office. When I tried to call in to get directions, I had to wait for the automated response system to go through all options before it said "Press 7 to get directions"; that should be the first option so patients don't have to keep driving in circles looking for it. Even better to let us talk to a real person quicker. Other than that, I still had to fill out in-patient forms even though I provided this information through Zoc Doc. None of my medical history made it to their system. So I had to fill out 6 pages of stuff before I could be seen.
