Great decoration and decor in the office. Doesn't feel like your average doctor's office. Very clean and friendly staff and doctors.
Very professional, Informative, and left me feeling confident about my choice selecting this location
Great doctor, Dr. Jeremy Chemla is very thorough in his work with my son and explain everything.
Nam Young Chung,
Dr. Chung was awesome! Very thorough and patient. I will be making her my children's pediatrician from now on. Her office isn't crowded at all and it's kept clean. My 10 month old daughter loved it there. She even gave Dr. Chung a hug goodbye. The staff is very friendly and personable as well.
Highly recommended. Dr. Mehta was extremely patient, listened carefully, thorough in answering all my questions and examining me, and followed through with test results in a timely manner. One of those rare doctors that just gets it when it comes to patient care. Looking forward to continuing to see this gem of a doc as my GP.
I like this office and the doctor, they were with smile all the time, the waiting room is cozy and waiting time is 10 mins, dr listened very carefully about my condition, being very patient, gave her recommendation and options for treatment. Fantastic experience, and I will choose them again. BTW zocdoc said my insurance is out of network, it was actually in, more than happy.
I really appreciate all the help I had with my sons allergies.. The doctor gave me answers I wanted.
Absolutely fantastic office. Clean, bright, efficient. Dr. Ledewitz is very kind, thoughtful, helpful and takes his time. Overall best experience we have ever had with a pediatrician! Highly recommend.
Nick is such a great therapist. He’s super responsive and intelligent, and he gives me great advice. I typically stop seeing therapists after the first few sessions, but I’ve been seeing nick for almost a year and he’s helped me more than I could’ve imagined. Thank you Nick, 5 stars for you :)
Very thorough, addressing everything I brought up to him.

New York Pediatricians
The American Academy of Pediatrics defines pediatrics as “the specialty of medical science concerned with the physical, mental, and social health of children from birth to young adulthood.” In other words, a pediatrician is a doctor who provides a broad range of healthcare to newborns, infants, children and adolescents until the age of 18.
Pediatricians have varied preventative and diagnostic responsibilities, from conducting physical exams, to dealing with emergencies such as fractures. A pediatrician can gain additional training to specialize in fields like oncology, cardiology, urology, neurology or gastroenterology. Pediatricians have specialized training in managing children’s health and focus on treating childhood illnesses. This distinguishes them from other physicians and makes them well-equipped to maintain your child’s overall well-being.

A pediatrician’s training
After completing medical school, a doctor must undergo at least three years of specialized residency training in pediatrics. During the medical residency, the doctor is trained to treat a wide range of conditions. After the residency, a pediatrician may opt to take a written exam to be board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
When to visit a pediatrician
It is never too soon to choose a pediatrician for your child. It is important to find one who is gentle, yet competent to provide the best care. The first two years are known to be crucial in terms of a baby's development, and you will likely have to visit the doctor’s office a few days after birth, followed by frequent checkups for the first several years. Once your child has turned 3, the frequency of visits will lessen, as advised by the doctor.
Visiting a pediatrician for routine checkups, even if your child is not sick, can help promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent illness. Regular immunizations may be required, and physical checkups help keep track of the child’s health and development. You should feel free to make an appointment with the doctor, even for the most seemingly minor reasons such as medicines and behavior of the child.
