She gave a thorough skin exam and the results of my skin biopsy right away.
It was an excellent experience. She is a great dermatologist And she knows a lot about ethnic skin.
They were right on with my 7 year old!!! So happy to find them!!!
She asked me what was going on., for how long. Examined and explained what was going on. Very professional and nice. Listened to me.
Sure was straight to the point, friendly, and quick.
The office didnt get my information from Zocdoc, so I had refill forms but everything else went perfect. Was in and out.
Very quick and personable. Answered all my questions and gave me what I needed. Will definitely come back.
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Trager, he is a great Doctor!
Knowledgeable doctor. However, you'll only see him for about 5 mins every visit. Most of my concerns were left unanswered.
I felt comfortable, confident in his care. Listened to my symptoms and concerns. I did not feel rushed.
I really liked Dr. Vekaria. She has great bedside manner and works efficiently. The wait time was about 20 mins to be called and another 25 before the doctor came in.
The staff was very professional. Dr. Doktor was awesome. I had a great overall experience.
Great service. Very clean and nice office. Felt a bit rushed.
I think that she is very friendly and personal but spend less than 5 minutes with me, literally walking out the door on a question that asked her. The office seemed to overbooked, .
Excellent derm in every possible way! The best in NYC. Honest, ethical, great skills.
Nice and helpful staff and thorough and friendly doctor, I'll definitely be back.
My 17 year old son unfortunately severely cut the tendons and nerves in his fingers. Dr. Cuzzone arrived quickly to the ER and conducted tests to determine the damage. He then stitched him and created a splint for him. My son was in a lot of pain and woke in the middle of the night worried about circulation in his fingers. I emailed Dr. Cuzzone and he called us as soon as he read the message to reassure him that all was fine. About a week and a half later my son had to undergo surgery to repair the damage. Dr. Cuzzone outlined the specifics of what needed to be done and has kept us informed throughout the process. Our follow up visit required no waiting time at all and Dr. Cuzzone even took time to talk to our son about how he was emotionally handling his recovery. He expressed understanding and concern for his well-being throughout this experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Cuzzone. We were very fortunate to have him for our son’s surgeon.
She was nice but it was rushed appointment and I had to wait 30 mins to be seen.
Very understanding and honest doctor. Extremely friendly and will continue to visit in the future. Highly recommended!

They are adept at managing all kinds of skin diseases, such as acne, eczema, hives, impetigo, melanoma, moles, psoriasis, rashes, rosacea, skin cancer and wrinkles. According to a study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, there were more skin disease reports across the United States than cardiovascular disease, end-stage renal disease or diabetes in 2013, the most recent year in which data were available. More than 26% of Americans were treated for at least one type of skin disease.

A pediatric dermatologist is a doctor who diagnoses and treats diseases affecting children, including newborns and infants. Some disorders of skin, hair or nails are more common in children—these include eczema, infections, vitiligo, warts, psoriasis, birthmarks and birth defects. Children are not always able to communicate the issues they are facing and answer medical questions accurately; pediatric dermatologists are trained to navigate this communication barrier and use kid-friendly medical tools for diagnosis.
To become a pediatric dermatologist, one must complete a medical degree, followed by a one-year internship. They then have to complete a residency in dermatology and pass the board exam to be a licensed dermatologist. Finally, they pursue a fellowship in pediatric dermatology to be able to practice. With this specialized training, pediatric dermatologists understand what is healthy growth and development for a child and what constitutes a medical concern. They are experts in the diagnosis and medication management for childhood skin diseases. Read more to know what the American Academy of Pediatrics has to say about pediatric dermatologists.
