The office experience isn't the best. I had an appointment and had to wait about 90 minutes. Once I met with the doctor things got better. She took her time and seemed to be sincerely interested in helping me return to health.

A real old school doctor’s office. Straight to the point, makes you wonder why modern medical offices are such a hassle. Dr. Kaiser and his assistant made me feel very comfortable.
All I can say is good things about dr. Zbarsky and his office/team. It’s a relief to have this level of care available.
Very happy I was able to see this Dr. I made a last minute appointment. He gave me a prescription to the medicine I needed. I'm looking forward to getting better. He seemed pretty thorough. He even checked my hernia which I wasn't even there for.
Making an appointment is almost pointless. They take walk-ins as well and it works out to be 1st come, 1st served. The medical assistants are not the brightest either; struggling with everything from the fax machine to using the phone to retrieving medical records to scheduling patients... The doc however, is great.
Liked the doctor a lot. However, I wish I had advocated for myself better. If you are trying to get pregnant, you will get no medication. I'm regretting agreeing to that for some issues I'm dealing with. My tolerance for risk is higher than hers is, I guess. I was less happy that she really pushed for me to get off my depression medication when I've already discussed it with my gyno and my psychiatrist, and both agree that the risk is much lower than the risk of going off the meds. (And the risk isn't very high for this medication, actually.) I told her both doctors had agreed and that we have a plan in place, and she still recommended going off them several times after. Hated the wait and the difficulty of speaking with the office staff. Everyone spoke to me in Russian first. Waited about 45 minutes after signing in before they asked why I was there. Waited between 45min-hour before I was seen by the nurse/assistant. Then I was sent back to the waiting room for another 20 minutes before seeing the doctor in a different room. All that said, I'll go back happily. With a good book.
She was great. My kids loved her. Also I needed a physical paperwork filled out and she immediately had the paperwork filled out. I didnt have to wait days. That was great.
Its been 4 years I’m his patient ! Highly recommend him as a professional and knowledgeable doctor!
Although Dr. Gressel and the team were helpful once I arrived at the office, I have immense trouble contacting them between in-office visits. I have left several voicemail messages that were not returned. When I call during office hours, it is 50/50 that someone picks up. My ZocDoc appointments are inconsistently confirmed, so that I am left unsure as to whether or not I have an appointment. It is frustrating that I decided to pay the co-pay for Urgent Care rather than have to deal with the poor communication of this office.
Dr. Barrah was very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about my symptoms and was able to give me a quick diagnosis. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I'll definitely return.
It was amazing, he treated so kind and even laughed with me when my over grown self got afraid of a needle, overall great experience and glad to be a step closer to a healthier life
