The physician's assistant I saw was extremely helpful, and had great bedside manner - I am extremely nervous about things near my eyes and he made me feel very comfortable. The rest of the staff was kind, although one of the receptionists kept making little mistakes and was extremely combative when the other receptionist tried to help her. As a patient, that was a little disconcerting, although hardly relevant to the care I received once I was in office.
Excellent professionals, very nice touch. The studio is also clean and spacious.

Dr. Wen is awesome. The wait time was horrific. Took me over 1.5 hours to finally see her. Caused me to miss another appointment, which was extremely frustrating.

Dr. Chaung is the best. No nonsense and always straight to the point. Sensitive to the patient’s needs and individual circumstances and a wonderful doctor.

Pro: Very nice and knowledgeable technician who sees you before the doctor does. I felt like the tech did most of the work.The doctor was friendly and was able to explain what I needed throughly. They make a good team. Con: Long wait times, double booking of the same time, as well as parking is horrendous.
