Welcome all! I am a Christian woman who counsels Adults/Teens (ages 17-64) in the areas of anxiety/depression, compulsive overeating, interpersonal conflicts, substance abuse, sexual abuse, separation/divorce etc. I believe that when we successfully lean in and finally face our painful experiences without denial, avoidance or minimizing the harm we have endured, we learn to accept what we do have control over, and commit to healthy choices that honors God and ourselves. Together we can learn how to embrace our intrinsic value through what God says. I am a LCSW for New York, VA, MD, NJ and I am a Christian woman who provides counseling for those seeking Biblical guidance, insight and practical skills to move forward from challenging life transitions and experiences. I am also available to any woman/teen willing to invite God into their healing journey.
