At BeLivIt Life Healing Counseling, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story, pace, and capacity for healing. I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapy to individual needs and goals. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Polyvagal-informed techniques to help regulate the nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster a sense of safety in both mind and body. Together, we focus on building insight, enhancing coping skills, and supporting emotional regulation and resilience. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, attachment challenges, and relationship difficulties. Whether you are working through long-standing patterns or managing current stressors, therapy provides a space to feel seen, understood, and supported as you move forward. I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you—meeting you where you are, honoring your experiences, and helping you reconnect with your strengths, clarity, and authentic self. Clients often describe feeling more grounded, empowered, and capable of managing stress and relationships more effectively after engaging in our work together.
