Brandon Owens Therapy
Since becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve seen how prioritizing mental health can bring more joy, balance, and resilience into everyday life. I began my work as a counselor in a treatment facility in 2010, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many people on their journey toward healing. In 2017, I opened my own practice to provide a supportive space for teens and adults (ages 12–65) who are working through anxiety, depression, mood challenges, relationship struggles, and other difficult life situations.
You have a unique story, and it’s an important part of who you are. Sometimes that story also shapes the struggles you’re facing today. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand how your past has influenced you and find new ways to move forward. My hope is to help you discover more acceptance, joy, and deeper connections in your relationships.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make it feel safe and supportive. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, set meaningful goals, and work toward easing the weight you’ve been carrying. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to joy again.
