Wellness, Discovering the Individual in You Wellness is to educate, support, and empower people with the tools, resources and skills necessary to achieve an optimum state of Wellness and Self-Actualization, by enhancing mental health, wellness, self-care, and lifestyle skills as a result of social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development. VISION STATEMENT DIY Wellness, aspires to be a premier Holistic Mental Wellness Therapy and Coaching practice, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal mental well-being through personalized, holistic and evidence-based approaches, ultimately cultivating a life of balance, fulfillment, and joy. GOAL The goal of DIY Wellness is to deliver convenient, confidential, professional care to individuals by providing access to exceptional services. PRACTICE INFORMATION DIY Wellness is a mental wellness therapy and life coaching private practice whose service is fully online based with future plans to offer both in-person services as well as telehealth. Currently, access to services and all related contact with provider is conducted through remote communication forums such as telehealth apps, telephone calls, email, video conferences, company website, and social media such as company Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages. Other access to provider through expanded services such as on-site sessions, conferences, workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements will be added as the company grows and expands it direction of services.
