Four Points Counseling

Four Points Counseling provides specialized private-pay therapy for adults navigating narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship patterns, high-conflict family dynamics, and complex emotional trauma. I work primarily with adult children of narcissistic parents, partners recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, and individuals trying to untangle confusion, self-doubt, people-pleasing, trauma bonds, and chronic anxiety created by difficult relational patterns. Many of my clients are high-functioning, successful people who look “fine” on the outside but internally feel exhausted, stuck, hypervigilant, and disconnected from themselves. They often come to therapy after years of trying to fix relationships that leave them drained, blamed, or emotionally unsafe. My approach is direct, practical, and insight-driven. I help clients move beyond generic coping strategies and focus on understanding patterns, strengthening boundaries, rebuilding self-trust, and making clear decisions rooted in reality rather than guilt, fear, or manipulation. Therapy is not about labeling people—it is about helping you understand what is happening, why it affects you so deeply, and how to protect your peace, identity, and future. I integrate trauma-informed therapy, cognitive and relational work, boundary development, emotional regulation, and strategic communication tools to help clients create lasting change. Whether you are dealing with a controlling partner, a high-conflict divorce, toxic family relationships, or the long-term effects of emotional neglect, the goal is clarity, stability, and emotional freedom. Sessions are warm, thoughtful, and honest. I believe therapy should feel both compassionate and useful—not vague, not performative, and not one more place where you feel misunderstood. Four Points Counseling offers secure telehealth sessions for clients across Texas, allowing privacy, flexibility, and consistent support from wherever you are.
