My teenage son was in a crisis that he would not fully disclose to me or his mother. After being referred to Dr. Dilworth and several ongoing counseling sessions, my son is now relating a lot better to life an in better spirits. Dr. Dilworth made my son feel very comfortable but she challenged him to always have a growth mindset. To add, she gives him practical excersises to do when he goes through challenging moments and situations.
