I offer trauma-informed individual therapy for adults ages 18 and up. With 24 years of experience as a therapist, I can help you address such challenges as trauma, substance use, insomnia, grief, mood difficulties, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I also have experience with and value working with first responders and other health care professionals.
