At Hopewell Counseling, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for couples, individuals, and clients recovering from eating disorders. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based approaches, I help clients navigate relationship challenges, emotional struggles, and disordered eating in a safe, supportive space. I offer therapy in person in Newport Beach and online across California, Texas, and Kentucky, making care accessible no matter where you are. My goal is to guide clients toward healing, stronger connections, and lasting personal growth.
