At House of Wellness Mental Health Counseling, we believe therapy should meet you where you are. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed care, mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, and other approaches based on each client’s needs and goals. We work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and more.
We value creating a supportive, culturally responsive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Both virtual and in-person services are available, with in-person appointments offered at our Brooklyn location.
