I provide therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, overthinking, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries at work and in relationships. I specialize in supporting first-generation adults, professionals, and moms who feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or constantly worried about making mistakes or disappointing others.
Maybe it’s 10 pm and you’re replaying a conversation from earlier, wondering if you sounded rude for saying no. Or you notice yourself agreeing to help with something even though you’re already overwhelmed because disappointing people feels worse than burning yourself out. Maybe you snap at your partner after a long day, shut down during conflict, or spend hours overthinking one small mistake at work. In our sessions, we slow those moments down together. Using CBT and IFS, we look at what’s happening underneath the anxiety, guilt, and pressure in real time. We identify the core beliefs and the parts of you that step in during those moments. The part that tells you to keep everyone happy, avoid mistakes, or stay quiet to keep the peace. Instead of judging those responses, we work to understand them and build new ways of responding that feel healthier, more grounded, and actually sustainable for you.
Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional burnout, perfectionism, or carrying too much responsibility for others. Therapy can help you feel calmer, more emotionally balanced, and more connected to yourself and your needs.
I offer individual therapy for adults in California through virtual sessions and in-person counseling. Reach out and book your appointment today.
