My own healing journey led me to this work. Because I’ve been there, I offer therapy that’s grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that change is possible for everyone. My work is dedicated to helping adults navigate these moments with clarity, compassion, and a renewed sense of possibility. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed care, relationship and attachment dynamics, and anxiety, depression, and stress management. I offer evidence-based, collaborative support to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your strength, and build self-compassion. My approach is collaborative; we work together at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. My practice creates a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment to help you gain strategies you can use in daily life, not just in the therapy room. You are the expert on your life; I help you make sense of the parts that feel tangled. Your first session is a calm, welcoming space to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your history, current challenges, and hopes for therapy, and begin shaping goals together so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
