I'm a Japanese-American therapist specializing in helping women in their 40s and 50s who are exhausted from taking care of everyone else. If you're the person everyone turns to, who struggles with saying no and prioritizing your own needs - I see you, and I can help.
I named my practice Kenzen (健全) - a Japanese word meaning 'wholeness and well-being' - because I believe you deserve to feel complete, not just functional. My mother is from Japan, and growing up between two cultures taught me what it means to balance multiple roles while trying to stay true to yourself.
