I provide evidenced based treatment to women, to those struggling with anxiety, depression, some specific to women's issues, the challenges associated with the aging process, "empty nest," grief, relationship issues, complex trauma and the emotional "roller-coaster" of infertility. I am EMDR trained and practiced, an evidenced based treatment to assist in the recovery from traumatic life events. I work with women, young adults and those during mid-life, experiencing increased mental health challenges. I offer EMDR Treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems work, while also educating and supporting you to draw from personal strengths; working with you to identify and attain your future goals. I believe that people have an inherent ability for self-understanding, and positive change when supported through the counseling process. I provide an empathetic and emotionally safe environment to help guide you through your individual healing process.
