I'm so glad that you took the step to find a therapist to help you in your struggles! Life can be hectic and overwhelming and when you're struggling with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, separation/divorce, substances, issues with your children, the overwhelming feelings can feel like too much. I'm here to help you in dealing with these struggles. You don't have to continue to carry these issues alone. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable in a safe space and having someone comfortable to talk to can be an important tool for everyone. I enjoy blending traditional counseling with holistic wellness; treating individuals through a relationship of mutual respect and trust. I help you create a safe and relaxed setting so you can focus on yourself and your goals. The focus is to help you to understand your life challenges and overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back. I'm passionate about helping people and look forward to the opportunity to work with you to help you to live the most fulfilling life you can!
