MIND:Systemic Psychotherapy & Relational Expertise
I welcome anyone who is challenged by conflicts and struggles from all backgrounds, including familial, cultural/ethnic identities, and faith systems. I conduct workshops, and group therapy, as well. I am invested in offering you a safe space where change is possible. I am looking forward to meeting you. "To be is to relate". In my work with couples and individuals, therapy goals have included fostering trusting and enduring relationships, enhancing communication, and addressing challenges such as recovering from betrayal trauma, infidelity, and depression. The application of a systemic framework proves beneficial in addressing both intra and intergenerational issues.
