I am an experienced bilingual (Spanish-English) psychotherapist who works with clients with anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions (immigration, divorce), parenting challenges, grief and many other concerns. Therapy takes place in a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are able to reflect on your concerns by exploring the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing. Treatment is based on a psychodynamic, trauma informed approach. Sessions in English and/or Spanish
