SHYNE Counseling and Consulting
SHYNE Counseling and Consulting, LLC provide counseling services to individuals and couples. I follow a holistic approach to well-being, with treatment taking into consideration the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to help people on their journey of discovery, empowerment, and growth, to heal their wounds, develop inner wisdom, and build healthy relationships with others. I want you to find your light and SHYNE. I specialize in Posttraumatic Stress Disorder/Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Life-Coaching. I am a proud advocate for the Black community, women, and LGBTQ+ persons. I have been practicing for over 15 years, with most of that time spent with a community-based program. When I first started practicing, I was overwhelmed because I wanted to fix everyone and do everything. Plus be an attentive mother. I was feeling ineffective and experienced burn out often. I sought out help and learned the tools needed to set boundaries and effectively show up in all avenues of my life. It was through my journey of healing that exposed me to the need for women like me to treat women like me.
