Welcome! What you should know about me is that I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I knew I was meant to work in the mental health field when my family would call me “the psychologist” during my teenage years. Since then, I have pursued my goal of helping others figure out how to live their best life in the midst of all of life’s adversities. I am ready to help you as you find your path toward love, joy, and centeredness.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I like to take a holistic approach and help you identify strengths that can assist you throughout your journey to wellness.
You can expect to learn more about yourself and understand how your past experiences have shaped your beliefs about the world. You can also learn how to navigate concerns and challenges of everyday life while managing symptoms of mental health conditions you may be experiencing.

Solimar is very committed to her clients. I didn't think I'd be able to connect as well through telehealth video, but Solimar creates a safe space. Sometimes I forget I'm not doing sessions in-person because it's such a personable, tailored experience.
