Therapy Resilience, LLC
Therapy Resilience specializes in providing service to those experiencing mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, anger, bipolar disorder as well as co-occurring substance use problems at any stage of recovery. Teens and adults, including couples of any age are served. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Addictions Counselor and Attorney practicing for many years. I worked for Community Mental Health for 16 years. My approach is to support clients' in finding their inner strength and resilience, to help them identify and resolve their problems and lead happier and more fulfilling lives. Evidenced based therapy techniques are used to guide clients in their recovery from mental health and substance use problems. Among the tools are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral
therapy, EMDR, Interpersonal/Emotion based counseling and Solution Focused Therapy. Clients welcomed as they are, with all of their thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams. A client centered treatment plan is developed with goals and objectives, progress is tracked and clients will begin to feel the lifting of the overwhelming burden of their symptoms.
