Triple Gem Counseling LLC

Triple Gem Counseling focuses on three main components to the healing process. We believe it is imperative to address healing of the mind, body and spirit in order to maintain a healed state of being throughout life's journey. In following this basic guide we utilize interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and narrative therapies in order to first address the healing of the mind. We then use somatic interventions as well as mindfulness skills to begin addressing the healing of the body. From there we will work with you to integrate a spiritual practice that is authentic to you in order to keep you grounded and strong through life's challenges ahead.
