Hi! Listen, we all have our own "stuff" that can impact how we navigate this world. Sometimes it's complicated. Sometimes it's painful. Sometimes it gets in the way of living a fulfilling, satisfying life. Whatever your "stuff" may be, I'm here to support you. Stress is tough; life is complex. No matter what you've got going on, I am not here to judge you. Whether you're ready to dive into therapy or are feeling a little bit hesitant, I want to make the process worth it. I offer a warm, welcoming space where your wellbeing is in good hands. I've been a therapist for over 14 years and really, really love what I do. I specialize in helping adults, caregivers, and other therapists work through past trauma and also have extensive experience helping folks manage anxiety, depression, and general life stressors.
