At Two Yellow Chairs Therapy, I am dedicated to providing compassionate mental health support tailored to each individual's unique journey. With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my practice is grounded in a holistic approach that respects and honors the distinctiveness of each person I serve.
I offer a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Parent-Child Psychotherapy. My services are designed to address both symptoms and the underlying causes of distress, helping clients develop effective coping skills for anxiety, depression, and everyday stresses.

I’ve had a hard time finding a therapist. I’ve been told I have too much going on and that they didn’t do that treatment. I spent the whole 1st appointment giving her as much information I could just in case she didn’t want to treat me. But she listened to me and at the end said we could do the normal first appointment things at my 2nd appointment. She understood why i felt the way i did and reassured me it was ok and that I shouldn’t have been treated the way i was by other therapists. It was refreshing and I instantly booked my next few appointments on her website. I love her website! I can make my own appointments. It’s really quick and easy. I look forward to my journey with her.
