Wild Inside Counseling
For over eight years, I have provided individual and group therapy to clients addressing problematic sexual behaviors and intimacy issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and OR SOTB Certified Clinical Sex Offense Therapist, I deliver client-centered therapy, encompassing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, with a specialization in sexual dysfunction and antisocial behaviors. I offer services for individuals who are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, experiencing similar challenges as well.
My therapeutic approach prioritizes collaboration in a client-centered environment. I utilize various treatment modalities, including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Schema Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, which is designed for individuals who have PTSD.
I am passionate about helping individuals as they navigate some of the most private aspects of human existence. My goal is for clients to feel accepted when they come in, gain skills and insight to motivate behavior change, and leave feeling understood and hopeful about their future.
