I’ve been a patient with Dr Simotas for 18 years and she delivered my 2 children and just performed a hysterectomy in 2020. But I call to book my well-woman exam and the number is out of service so I Google the Dr and find she is at a new location within Methodist Willowbrook hospital. I had to book the appointment through Zocdoc. No phone call from the office only texts from Zocdoc. I show up to my appointment and the suite is vacant. I contact staff at information, outpatient registration, and the front staff of the physicians in suite 475 and none know Dr Simotas but they see that she is supposed to have an office in suite 320. So I drive to the original office I always saw her on Fallbrook Dr and it’s vacant as well. I text her personal number and I’m given an email address. 18 years and no information about shutting down her clinic or moving or possibly retiring. Now I have to investigate to try and find my medical records
