This was my first visit with this doctor. I am 73 years old and new to the area and wanted to find a ortho doctor for any future needs. I found this doctor to be very professional, did not push drugs nor other services they provide. It was strictly my choice; he gave me a careful and detailed explanation of my options but did not pressure me one way or the other. He answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction. He is my doctor of choice!!

I had a very good experience at my first appointment today. I had zero wait time, they did an x-ray on the spot and I was out the door with my prescription in 35 minutes. Dr. Lowery listened to my concerns and gave me a treatment plan for the next month. The only thing that would have made it more convenient was if they had called in my prescription. They offer physical therapy in the building, but unfortunately the first appointment is 10 days from now. So I may decided to go to therapy someplace closer to home. But the office was clean and well run.

I am giving the doctor 1 star because the billing department has been slow to respond to several requests to verify payment for a bill. I paid the remaining balance for my bill and still continue to get billed for something I already paid for.
I can see that the bill has the same billing codes for the one I already paid. I personally went down to deal with it in person to show them that I already paid them but the person in charge of billing couldn't give me a time to follow-up with her. If you call the number for billing, you actually get a third party company that sends an email to the person you really need to talk to. I am frustrated at the lack of customer service.
If you choose this doctor, be very careful about inspecting your bill.

Dr. Lowery was very professional and answered all my questions. He referred me to his colleague Dr. Gupta for a consult on surgery. Dr. Gupta was also kind, compassionate and very helpful. The X-ray technician is outstanding! Very sweet and compassionate. The aids or nurses that support the doctors were also wonderful.
BUT when it came the office staff in the reception are and the office manager - they were absolutely awful. I had prepared and look over my information the last time I was in the office and they either did not update things or lost my paperwork and tried to force me to do it all again this time. I said that nothing had changed and that I would be happy to sign any documents stating so, but I was not going to redo everything. The person who was giving me the papers would not show me where to sign I asked her 5 times and she ignored my request, then handed me off to another person and stormed off. The next person also refused to do as I requested after I asked her two times to show me where to sign. She also ignored me and went to the manager who spoke to me as if I was a little child and threatened to cancel my appointment if I did not do as she told me, to which I stated if she did so, then I would need to speak to the doctor. Her response was "Oh, yeah, YOU Will talk to the Doctor!" In private meeting I made her aware of the other reviews given about her office staff and her response was, "I don't give credence to things like that from people like you." Now I understand why the other staff act the way they do. If the manager is unprofessional, then her staff will be, too. I would not recommend this office to anyone even though the doctors are wonderful. I am not the only one who has complained about the office staff. There are several bad reviews online.

I saw Dr. Lowery for a consult for options on a worsening knee condition. He laid out options from status quo to total knee replacement in a professional manner and answered my many questions. He made me feel comfortable that I could trust him if the final decision comes to surgery.

Very good initial visit. Came in 25 minutes early to fill out "new patient" paperwork and was called son after my 8:45 am appointment time! Out by 9:30 am with lighter splint, instructions and follow-up appointment in 4 weeks! Very pleasant doctor and staff!
