I love Dr. Terrell's staff & that's probably why I haven't changed doctors yet. She always seems less than interested in what the patient is telling her and more interested in selling vitamin supplements that I'm sure she makes a few dollars off of. Her bedside manner is very dry and that hasn't changed in the few years that I've seen her.

I have been seeing Dr. Terrell for years. She is very low-key and subtle in her manner. She is thorough, but expect to wait a while to get an appointment and you will wait even longer in the waiting room. There were times in the past where she was 90 minutes behind - not acceptable if you are sick or if you took off work, as it shows a lack of respect for her patients. Oftentimes I just go to urgent care, as I know I'll be seen quicker.
